My room had good heating, a safe for my stuff, and a TV with plenty of channels. the staff were really nice and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, a pleasant stay! 😊

I liked well-equipped and well decorated room in this hotel.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

We were travelling to Salzburg for one night. The food was great with variety of options. The location offered was magnificent and absolutely perfect just next door to the city center of Salzburg and a big supermarket.

Tbh Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was too small.

The hotel was clean and fabulous. the location was particularly good, close to the bus stop. - the breakfast offered was wonderful and excellent with decaffeinated coffee. - the rooms were modern and had WiFi, a kettle, and comfortable beds.

The stay was fine, recommend. It was an extremely convenient and good standard hotel in a downtown area, not far from downtown, the supermarket nearby and a cheap. The breakfast offered was wonderful with organic food from Austria and good coffee, as for instance. I only stayed 2 nights, nonetheless the staff were ready to help - ticked all the boxes for me. The location of the property was quiet and convenient - not too far from a shopping mall.

Had classic king room with comfortable beds and wake-up service was available in it. The hotel had indeed a particularly good location near Motorway Junction.

Had a great two-night stay at this place. the rooms are modern and come with a nice balcony to enjoy. the decor is lovely. 🌟

It's quiet, 24h reception, clean, business-style processes for check-in/check-out, large parking space, Spar nearby to shop basic necessities, amazing beautiful scenery for a pick-nick about 300m towards the river (ask staff for directions if you can't find it yourself) contrary to some feedback seen. It's definitely a stop-over business hotel and not a honeymoon resort; and this is the niche people should consider when writing feedback: price/money excellent!! (Background: I have traveled all over the world and stayed in well over a 1000 hotels in the last decade, so I have balanced expectations.)

Staff could be friendlier, however then again arriving at 2am, one probably can't expect too much. The lady at the check-out the next morning was quite unfriendly, but then again, my wife's from Spain and I am Italian; we're probably still not quite adjusted to the cold northern countries' cultures.

1) Their toilet was leaking, the water was even running into the room and despite telling the front desk lady and the person they sent to check the problem they did nothing to solve it. 2) If we hadn't called a day before, we would not have known that they have changed us to another hotel location.

The rooms here are nice and cozy, with everything you need like comfy beds and even a kettle for your tea or coffee fix ☕. the staff is super friendly and always ready to help, making you feel well taken care of. Plus, you can conveniently park your car right on site.

The hotel was conveniently located for ease in reaching the highway.

The area immediately around the hotel is not picturesque.

I think this hotel is a really beautiful one. It 's very comfortable & is the best of those that I stayed in while I was in Europe. I also like the fact that they are a hotel that is concerned about the environment.That's very good. The staff was excellent and very helpful

I don't have any major complaints about this hotel. The only problem is that of its location. The fact that I had to take 2 buses to get to the hotel from Salzburg was a problem for me.
